1. Return and Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date the product was received, as confirmed by the tracking information of the official shipping carrier, provided all conditions of this policy are met.

2. Conditions for Acceptance

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage, wear, or alteration.

  • The original packaging and seals must be intact, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Clear photos and/or videos must be provided showing the condition of the product, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.

3. Excluded Items

  • Products purchased during promotions or sales.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items.

  • Gifts and promotional items.

  • Products with size deviations of up to 3 cm, as stated in the size chart available on the website.

  • Products with minor color or surface variations due to lighting or batch differences.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified defects.

Once your request is submitted, you will receive instructions for the next steps, including packaging, shipping, and tracking. Processing time for exchanges and refunds may take up to 30 days.

6. Inspection and Approval

All returned products undergo an inspection, which may take up to 15 business days after arrival. Adelstein reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with the conditions of this policy.

7. Refund Methods

  • Refund to the original payment method, minus shipping and administrative fees. Refunds are processed by the payment processor and may take up to 30 calendar days to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges may take up to 30 calendar days to be processed and completed.

8. Manufacturing Defects

Defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt and must include clear photos/videos. Once confirmed, Adelstein may send a replacement, issue store credit, or provide a refund.

9. Size Deviations

Customers should check the size chart available on the website before making a purchase. Exchanges due to incorrect size selection are accepted only if the customer covers the new shipping costs and any additional fees.

10. Response Time

All requests must be submitted through our portal; responses will be provided within 48 business hours of receipt.

11. Changes

Adelstein may modify this policy at any time; the version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
